Many artists would love the opportunity to record on Riddims produced by major producers in the business. But in the case of Roje Robinson, known as Xyclone, with the the upcoming release of the RSQTHP Riddim, he teamed up with Survivor Slim from Tropical Heat Productions.

Signed to Tropical Heat ProductionsXyclone is an artist delegated to the Red Square camp, which is under the patronage of international renowned artist, Spragga Benz. Based in the United States, Xyclone has used the opportunity he has gotten as a Red Square artist to make a name for himself, and with RSQTHP alongside many popular artists who are known hitmakers.

The Riddim hails as a nice mix that is sure to get any crowd moving in any club. It’s a dance Riddim with a simple beat but musically enticing with a head-bopping melody and hardcore bassline. The lyrics vary from girl tunes to gangsters and from swag to dancing songs.

The track listing includes hot tunes for the ladies by Red Ratcalled, On Me, a resurgence from Don Yute with Hott andXyclone tops it off with Tun Up Di Whine which, of course, is basically telling the ladies to show off their skills on the dance floor.

Maybach Music’s recording artist, Magazeen, lent his voice to the production as well with a song titled Bestie which gives instructions to the men who don’t pay attention to their girlfriends. Kari Jess brags that his swagger has the ladies going crazy over him in Stay Bad.

Other tracks on the riddim includes a gangster tune fromDelly Ranx called Nah Tek No Diss, a track from Jah Malowho states that the Waste Man Dem are wasting time if their swag isn’t turned up and G Starr says Mi A Run if he’s not getting paid.

Other contributors on the RSQTHP Riddim include formerMagnum Kings and Queens contestant, Memzay who pays tribute to Jamaica’s original and globally recognized sound with No Better Than ReggaeDeva Bratt with A We Seh Dat as well as Kemmikal with Me and You amongst several others.

Meanwhile, Xyclone also recorded, Team No Sleep (A Full Time), to give a second climax to finish off the riddim.

Several radio DJs have been blessed with some of the tracks to give it an early push. So far, it’s in heavy rotation on Hitz 92 FM in Jamaica and Hot 97 FM in Boston.  Spragga Benzas well as Tajji are yet to voice on the Riddim. Survivor Slimexpects that the added flare that Spragga will bring to the production will have a lasting effect on the listeners and putRSQTHP on the map.

The released songs are available on iTunes and on sale atwww.staminarecords.net but the official release date is yet to be announced. Preview the songs here:http://soundcloud.com/survivor-slim/sets/rsqthp-riddim-1/

The intention is to create an awareness that young talent can reside anywhere in the world. Xyclone insists that Red Square/Tropical Heat Productions will be a big name in the Dancehall world, starting with the RSQTHP Riddim, then moving beyond the horizon and stretching across all boundaries. With his team in tow, that is Survivor Slim as his manager and Lesley Hayles as his booking agent, Xycloneis ready to sweep the nation with his craft and dedication to do great music.
